Shopping on my site:
Items on my site with a button may be purchased online via a secure shopping server that is tied into my site. All credit card information is transmitted to me securely. ALL PRICES are in Canadian DOLLARS. Other than to complete your order, I will not release any information you provide to me to anyone else (See my Privacy Statement below). You may at any time click the VIEW BASKET at the top of each page to see the contents of your shopping cart.

• Matted artwork is sold with a Single White mat with foam-core backing.
• Giclee Reproductions are sold either flat and shrink-wrapped on a board or rolled in a tube - Depends on the size of the artwork.

I accept VISA, MasterCard,AMEX & DISCOVER cards. ALL PRICES ARE IN Canadian DOLLARS.

As a PayPal merchant. You submit your payment to me via PayPal - it is tied into my shopping cart system. They accept all the major cards. They handle the transaction and I never see your card info. Just click the PayPal button when you choose your payment method from your shopping cart.

YOU DON'T NEED to have a PayPal account to pay me.
Just select " continue",( lower right-hand side of PayPal window at checkout) and continue paying with your credit card.
They will collect all the nessesary infomation that is needed to complete the sale.

One note, payments via PayPal are processed in real-time. Your card or account will be charged / debited at the time you place the order. - I will ship ASAP, but please be aware that I may be on the road doing art festivals and will ship your order as soon as I return.

Shipping:

I will ship your order usually a day or two after I recieve your order, but if I am at an arts festival, I will need travel time to return back to my studio to collect and prepare your order. I will ship ASAP.

My shopping cart will calculate in real time your shipping costs. If I find that my cart has overcharged for shipping, I will refund the overage.
•It is not my intention to make money from the shipping. I only charge what Canada Post charges + a portion of any packing/boxing material costs that may be required

On special orders that require special handling, I will contact you. Again, this will be for special orders ( i.e. framed pieces, comissioned work )

Sales Tax:

Sales are charged 5% GST + 7% PST in BC; or appropriate GST/HST amount for your Province.

Returns:

I will accept returns on an item purchased from this website (up to 30 DAYS) as long as it is returned in the same condition as I sent it to you. I will refund your purchase price ,excluding shipping.

Artwork purchased at the art shows I attend may not be returned, except during the exhibition itself. This is because of the commissions I pay on all sales at these events.

Artwork purchased at a gallery that sells my work is subject to the return policy of each gallery.

Framed Artwork:

I can still ship artwork framed, but because of the higher costs involved I needed to be able to contact you via email before I ship. I will only charge for shipping what Canada Post charges me.

Commission Work:

I welcome commission work and I would love to create a special Original just for you. Prices are based on the total square inches of the image size you want. The rate sheet that follows, prices the artwork as artwork-only, no matting or frame. Prices calculated below, includes shipping.

<75 sq. in. = $5.00 per sq. in
76 - 124 sq. in. = $4.25 per sq. in.
125 - 275 sq. in. = $4.10 per sq. in.
276 - 425 sq. in. = $3.90 per sq. in.
>425 sq. in. = email / call me

Example: 6x24 artwork image = 144 sq.in. , therefore 144 sq.in. x $4.10 per sq.in. = $590 cost of Original Art

Privacy Statement:

My privacy statement is fairly straight forward. I will not sell, rent, or give away any of your information that you provide to me. If you sign my mailing list you are indicating to me that you wish to receive an occational postcard from me and me only. Again, I will not give your e-mail address or street address away to a third party.

My privacy statement does not pertain to outside websites that may be reached via a link on my website. Of course, I will try to make sure that the outside website has a strict privacy policy in place if I do indeed link to their site.
